To ensure the quality of services provided through the platform, the user must meet the following conditions:

  • If you are a photographer, do you have experience in photographing different events such as weddings, events, personal photoshoots? Please specify your areas of specialization:
  • If you are a photographer or editor, you must own professional and modern photography equipment that meets industry standards. Do you own professional cameras, lighting equipment, and modern photo editing software? Please list the equipment and editing software you own:
  • Portfolio (SHOWREEL): The service provider must present a recent portfolio demonstrating their skills and the quality of their work, including a collection of videos taken at various events (weddings, events, portraits, etc.). Can you provide examples of your previous work via a link or portfolio file?
  • It is preferable that the service provider has recognized certificates or training courses in photography. Do you have documented certificates or training courses? If yes, please provide copies.

Terms and Conditions for Photographers to Join the Platform:

Definitions:
  • The Platform [REELS STUDIO]: An electronic platform that connects professional photographers, video editors, and sound recordists with clients to facilitate booking and providing photography services.
  • Photographer: Any natural or legal person who provides photography services and agrees to the terms and conditions of the platform.
  • Editor: Any person who provides video editing services and agrees to the terms and conditions of the platform.
  • Client: Any person using the platform to search for and book photography services and agrees to the terms and conditions of the platform.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Professional Experience: The service provider must be a professional with a minimum of [1] years of experience in photography, video editing, or voice-over.
  • Equipment: The service provider must own the necessary and modern professional equipment that meets current industry standards.
Certificates and Work:
  • Portfolio: The service provider must present a recent portfolio demonstrating their skills and the quality of their work, including a collection of photos or videos taken at various events (weddings, events, portraits, etc.).
  • Certificates and Training: It is preferable that the service provider has recognized certificates or training courses in photography.
Licenses and Permits:
  • The service provider must provide any legally required licenses or permits to practice photography in the geographical area where they provide services.
Ratings and Reviews:
  • It is preferable that the service provider has positive reviews from previous clients on other platforms or social media.
Punctuality:
  • The service provider must adhere to schedules and contracts with clients. In case of delays in arriving at the shooting location, delays in producing videos, or delays in delivering sound recordings, the service provider’s account will be suspended, and they must contact customer service for follow-up.
Professional Conduct:
  • The service provider must treat clients with respect and professionalism, maintaining high ethical standards at all times.
Availability and Flexibility:
  • The service provider must be available for bookings at the required times and be flexible in accommodating schedule changes.
Registration and Membership:
  • Registration requests are submitted through the platform, along with all required information and documents.
  • The platform reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request without providing reasons.
  • The service provider must regularly update their personal and professional information.
Service Provider Obligations:
  • Provide high-quality photography, video editing, or voice-over services that meet client expectations.
  • Adhere to the agreed-upon schedules with clients.
  • Interact professionally and ethically with clients.
  • Respect client privacy and not use photos for any unauthorized purposes.
  • Comply with platform policies and periodic updates.
Fees and Payments:
  • A commission of [percentage] is charged on each booking made through the platform.
  • Payments are transferred to the service provider’s account within [number] business days from the date of service completion.
  • The service provider must provide bank account details or a valid method for receiving payments.
  • The platform is committed to paying on time and reserves the right to delay payments in case of a dispute.

  • The service provider must respect the intellectual property rights of clients and not use any copyrighted material without permission.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
  • The platform is committed to protecting the data of service providers and clients and using it only for the purposes specified in the privacy policy.
  • The service provider must respect the confidentiality of client information and not share it with any third party.
Cancellation and Termination of Membership:

  • The platform reserves the right to terminate the service provider’s membership in case of violations of the terms or unsatisfactory work.
